Laura is the Chief Operating Officer of Kelley Painting Services, a trusted paint contracting business serving Florida. Laura keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly so every project is delivered on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality.

With a background in construction management, Laura has a talent for streamlining processes, coordinating teams, and making sure clients feel supported from start to finish. She works closely with project managers, crews, and homeowners to ensure communication is clear and expectations are always met.

Known for her approachable style, Laura believes great operations are built on trust, organization, and consistency. Her focus is on creating a seamless experience for clients while driving growth and efficiency for the company.

Chris is our Chief Financial Officer at Kelley Painting and the Lead Residential Estimator. With 20 plus years in accounting and 30 plus years in sales and management, these roles balance him out perfectly. Chris keeps our finances tight and works closely with our clients, getting them the best prices and products to meet the needs of their project.

With 23 years of hands-on property management experience in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, Tiffany brings deep operational insight to community managers and commercial project teams across Central Florida. Having been in the trenches herself, she understands the real-world challenges managers face on a daily basis. Tiffany spent her career honing her leadership skills by managing large-scale operations. She now applies that expertise to help navigate complex production projects for managers, community associations, and commercial developments alike.

As a current business student in college, Emery's entrepreneurial spirit is preparing him to be a next-generation business leader. He focuses on developing, executing, and expanding strategies to drive revenue, expand client relationships, and elevate brand visibility. He has experience in growing both online and offline presence, while integrating new technologies and ideas across different areas of business. As a young student, Emery is constantly learning and thrives on learning new strategies and finding creative ways to fuel growth.
