We have been around for over 20 years and we have learned a few things over the years as well.

Remember this, the guy with the cheapest price is not always going to answer the phone when there’s a problem, they do not have a store front, and who knows how long he is going to be around. The guy that is a friend of a friend, may work for someone, but is not going to register your product due to the fact that he’s not license with the state. Lastly, over the years we have had people say, they can do it themselves, and we are just called upon to consult, the problem with this is, GOOD WORK IS NOT CHEAP, and CHEAP WORK IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD!

Wow! A year and this building is still stunning. We love Lake Cares Food Pantry and the service they provide to our residents.

When anyone asks where Lake Cares is you can tell them the big Terra Cotta building at Morning Side and Old 441. We love how the new color just pops!

We are so humbled by the group of professionals who came together and donated their time and materials to make this a reality. All the paint was supplied by Florida Paints, EcoTech Pressure Washing, LLC took care of the pressure washing and Kelley Painting Services of Florida did prep, priming and of course the painting.
